We are marble, granite and quartz importers and wholesalers. We are looking for a pleasant, friendly, enthusiastic customer service associate who is willing to learn the product and help customers choose the correct products for their applications. You will make and answer phone calls regarding product queries, make appointments for customers, walk with them to show the slabs, send the customer selection details to the respective fabricators and follow up on holds. You may also be required to upload slab photos in our software and prepare mail chimp campaigns to send to our customers. We are open 10-2 on Saturdays and all associates take turn working Saturdays. You will need to work at least 2 Saturdays a month. Any experience in the marble, granite, quartz industry is highly desirable. will need references from the last 3 employers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.25 - $20.00 per hour
